Requirements:Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, especially in HVAC.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

- Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
