“To build a community of strong, healthy families who protect and nurture children.”
Today, we serve thousands across Connecticut through behavioral health, early childhood and youth development programs, foster care and permanency services, and substance use treatment. Working for an agency as large as The Village allows flexibility, whether it be working in one of our many office locations across the greater Hartford area or virtual time at home.
For six consecutive years, The Village has been named a Connecticut Top Workplace with national recognition for culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. When you join us, you join a team that lifts YOU up as much as we lift up the families we serve.
