What You’ll Do:

• Source and identify top candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other channels.
• Screen candidates via phone/video based on client-specific requirements
• Post positions in our ATS, which distributes to multiple job boards
• Review, disposition and track candidates to ensure organized workflows
• Develop candidate recaps following our company methodology
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers on candidate updates and hiring progress

What You Bring:

• LinkedIn profile for sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter optional)
• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Strong communication, phone screening and candidate engagement skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Independent work ethic...this is a 1099 contractor position
