Esthetician at The Elms Hotel & Spa – Excelsior Springs, Missouri

The Part-Time Esthetician is responsible for providing exceptional skincare services and treatments to guests in a serene and professional spa environment. This position ensures guest satisfaction by delivering personalized experiences that support relaxation, rejuvenation, and skincare goals.

• Perform a variety of professional facial treatments, waxing, and other skincare services in accordance with spa protocols.

• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and retail products.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked work area in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests.

• Educate guests on skincare routines and products to support their wellness journey.

• Build client relationships and encourage repeat business and product purchases.

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

• Assist with spa cleanliness, laundry, and general duties as assigned by management.

• Uphold all standards of guest service excellence and professional ethics.

• Valid state Esthetician license required.

• Minimum of 1 year spa or hospitality experience preferred.

• Proficiency in a range of facial techniques and skincare product knowledge.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Relaxation massage experience required
• HydraFacial experience required
• Weekend availability is a must
