Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced, compassionate, and detail oriented Spanish speaking PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGER.

We utilize a team approach and the position will have the aid of a dedicated case manager assistant and other team members to assist with intake, requesting medical records, negotiate liens, and throughout all phases of each case. We pride ourselves on being passionate and relentless advocates for our clients and providing the best possible client service.

Duties will include managing pre-litigation files:

• Opening Claims with insurance companies
• Processing Property Damage Claims
• Medical Management,
• Communicating with clients regarding their claim, appointments and treatments
• Providing clients with status updates

Requirements

• At least 3 years EXPERIENCE MANAGING PERSONAL INJURY FILES
• *** Must be fluent in Spanish***
• Full-Time Position
