JOB SUMMARY |
- Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and assisting in the hiring of advanced practice providers (APP) for the Hendrick system.
|
JOB REQUIREMENTS |
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Work Experience
- 2 years experience in healthcare or other business setting
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Deals effectively with community and consumers
- Deals effectively with hospital personnel
- Demonstrates leadership in Medical Staff Affairs
- Requires ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
- Exceptional organizational skills
