Sales Executive II at Americas Staffing Partner – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to bring in new business and expand our warehousing and industrial staffing division. This isn’t a “build slowly from scratch” role — we need someone who can leverage their existing book of business and industry network to deliver results quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage your established warehousing/logistics/industrial client contacts to win new accounts
• Sell staffing solutions to warehousing, distribution, and industrial companies
• Build lasting client relationships with HR, operations managers, and procurement teams
• Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent in warehouse operations, material handling, forklift operators, and supervisory roles
• Drive new contracts and consistently exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of staffing sales experience, with at least 2 years in warehousing, logistics, or industrial staffing
• Existing book of business or strong client relationships (required for immediate success)
• Proven track record of winning and growing accounts in warehousing or industrial staffing
• Knowledge of workforce compliance, OSHA requirements, and industrial safety standards (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a small-team environment
