Job Title: Unqork Configurator
Location: Fully Remote

Position Overview:
Improvix Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Unqork Configurator to join our growing team supporting the Department of State. This fully remote position requires a candidate with hands-on experience building and configuring Unqork applications. The team has a growing backlog of high-priority applications, and the ideal candidate will help accelerate delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions for government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and deploy Unqork applications in support of DOS ADD initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring applications meet client needs.
Translate complex business processes into functional Unqork workflows, modules, and integrations.
Maintain and enhance existing Unqork applications to improve efficiency, usability, and compliance.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance across multiple Unqork environments.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements in all application configurations.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to prioritize backlog items and deliver on schedule.
Document application designs, workflows, and best practices for team reference.
Required Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience configuring and building Unqork applications.
Strong understanding of workflow design, integrations, and no-code application development.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on federal government or Department of State projects.
Familiarity with application backlog management and prioritization.
Knowledge of additional no-code/low-code platforms or related integrations.
