Position Summary

The General Laborer – Spray Up position plays a key role in Concast’s manufacturing process by producing high-quality precast concrete products. This is a hands-on, first-shift role working with forms, materials, and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

No prior concrete or manufacturing experience required. We provide training for dependable, safety-minded individuals who are willing to learn and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing or construction.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Spray Up Operations

• Prepare and set up steel forms for concrete production
• Operate spray equipment and apply concrete to molds
• Strip finished products and clean molds for reuse
• Load raw materials (sand, cement, fiberglass)
• Start, stop, and monitor production equipment

Safety & Quality

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized work areas

Teamwork & Production Support

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling and equipment use
• Support additional production tasks as needed

Preferred but not required:

• Manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience
• Forklift experience (training available)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, and movement
• Work around moving equipment in an industrial setting
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
• Overtime available based on production needs

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $24.00–$26.00 (based on experience)
