The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support and service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
