About This Position
The Manager of Food and Hospitality Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations and hospitality programs within the hospital. This role ensures high-quality meal service, patient satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards. The manager leads a team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining operational efficiency and budgetary control.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management or related field - preferred
Experience:
5-10 years of relative experience - preferred
1-3 years of supervisor experience - preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification - required
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) - required
