Description: Off-Premise Event Managers

Premier Catering & Events Company | Chicago

A leading Chicago catering & events company is seeking experienced Event Managers to join our growing Off-Premise Events Leadership Team.

We are currently hiring both part-time and full-time professionals. Full-time team members are eligible for benefits.

This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in executing exceptional events throughout the Chicago area.

Our Event Managers are responsible for leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring flawless event execution from setup through service.

Requirements: Event Managers

Event Managers serve as the on-site leaders responsible for the overall success of each event. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Leading and directing service staff including servers, bartenders, and porters
  • Ensuring smooth communication between FOH and BOH teams
  • Maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction throughout the event
  • Managing event timelines and ensuring all details are executed properly
  • Troubleshooting issues and making real-time decisions to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Acting as the primary point of contact during events
