Family Nurse Practitioner at Absolute Urgent Care, LLC – Aubrey, Texas

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on family-centered care, and health promotion. Aesthetics/Injectables experience highly preferred!

**Duties:**

- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans

- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed

- Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions

- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

**Requirements:**

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification

- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in family medicine or primary care

- Proficiency in electronic health record systems like Dr. Chrono and knowledge of ICD-10 coding

- Ability to perform venipuncture, phlebotomize, and other clinical procedures

Expected hours: 34 38 per week

rotating weekends/two weekends per month
