Position Overview:
Ameri-Tech Community Management is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join their Clearwater office. This role will oversee a portfolio of HOA/COA communities while serving as the primary point of contact for Board members, homeowners, and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently obtained their Florida CAM license and is looking to grow into a portfolio-based role, as well as for experienced managers seeking a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of HOA/COA communities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members and homeowners
  • Prepare and facilitate Board meetings (including occasional evening meetings)
  • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and property operations
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida statutes
  • Partner with internal accounting teams on budgets, financials, and reporting
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide updates
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida CAM License (LCAM) – REQUIRED (must be in good standing)
  • Open to candidates newly licensed or early in their CAM career
  • Previous HOA/COA or property management experience highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities
  • Reliable transportation for site visits
