WHO YOU ARE:
You are an operator at heart. You enjoy being in the field, building relationships, solving problems, and helping teams move projects and initiatives forward. Hands-on, resourceful, and adaptable, you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where ownership is encouraged, bureaucracy is limited, and good ideas can quickly become action. While you appreciate the importance of administrative responsibilities, you prefer being actively engaged with properties, vendors, operations and tenants, adapting seamlessly to the needs of the business.
You understand what it takes to operate a successful property. You recognize the importance of the details that shape the tenant and customer experience while maintaining a clear focus on the broader operational and business objectives. You are comfortable walking properties with vendors and facilities teams, identifying operational gaps, supporting project execution and making practical recommendations that improve performance.
You may come from retail real estate, retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused operating environment where you led teams, managed daily operations, and solved problems in real time while understanding the tenant and customer experience.
Most importantly, you earn credibility at every level of the organization—from working alongside maintenance and facilities teams in the field to presenting operational insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You balance hands-on execution with clear, professional communication.
