Job Summary: Maintains accountability of center property and oversight of the center transportation. Supervises Receiving Clerk. Assures that the property needs of the Center are met.
Duties:
- Oversees and maintains Electronic Property Management Systems.
- Maintains accountability of center property
- Ensures all equipment is properly maintained.
- Conducts on-site property audits and reviews, including annual certifications.
- Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
- Supervise receiving clerk.
- Maintains complete and accurate files and records according to center policy and procedure.
- Provide response to DOL for questionable charges.
- Follow the CDSS/CSS plans and procedures daily.
- Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
- Complies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures.
- Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.
- Models, Mentors and Monitors appropriate Career Success Standards.
- Participates in PRH and other mandated staff training.
- Performs other duties as assigned within the individual’s scope and capabilities.

Experience: Three years of property maintenance experience preferred.
Education: Associate degree in field preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: State Drivers’ License
