The JOB: Line Cook, with Grill Experience

We are looking for Line Cook who is a master on the grill, to join the Baleen Culinary Team at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort to support our beachfront fine dining restaurant, Baleen. If you are an experienced grill cook in a high-end restaurant with a passion for providing an excellent dining experience for guests, then we want to speak with you!

Must be able to:

• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies
• Maintain and strictly abide to sanitation and health regulations
• Check production schedule and pars
• Transport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areas
• Start prep work and production of items needed for the day
• Ice down seafood in accordance with procedures
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guests
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipment

The OFFER:

Starting rate of pay based on skills and experience: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour based on skills. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
