Responsibilities and Expectations

• Develop knowledge of our complete product portfolio to optimize sales and meet customer needs.
• Accurately manage truck inventory of product(s) at store level.
• Stock shelves/display units, rotate product, and ensure inventory is fully stocked and presentable when service is complete.
• Sell new products and promotions at store level with flawless execution
• Maximizes sale in every store by introducing items from our portfolio that store does not currently carry or conduct pricing analysis of current provider
• Build strong relationships with store managers and create a rapport with all appropriate staff members.
• Manage company owned freezer assets in the market.
• Identify and act on selling opportunities, respond to competitor activities, maintain/increase space, make secondary placements.
• Follow company standard operating procedures-Adhere to route schedules, only order authorized products, maintain proper inventory balance, set stores to schematics, manage out of stocks.
• Able to work early AM shift through Mid-afternoon shift Monday through Friday.

• DSD Sales experience is a plus; an aptitude to learn and utilize sales tactics is a must.
• Temperature: work regularly in cold temperatures (-20 degrees F).
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 70+lbs several times per day.
• Frequent walking, Kneeling and bending throughout the day basic requirements.
• Read write and speak English.
• Must have basic math skills/ability.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain class C license.
