Nurtury Early Education is seeking a Director of Family Services to lead behavioral health, social services, and family support programming across our early learning centers and Family Child Care network. In this role, you’ll guide service standards, supervise a skilled team, and ensure that families in our care receive high quality and culturally responsive support.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coach the Family Services teamProvide counseling, crisis support, and case management for familiesPartner with leadership and community agencies to meet family needsManage reporting, budgets, and departmental operations

You:

Hold a MSW (required), LICSW (preferred)Are experienced in clinical social work, human services, or early childhood developmentAre skilled in working with diverse, multilingual, and underserved communitiesAre experienced with trauma-informed care and navigating complex family needsAre comfortable with difficult conversations and handling confidential informationAre experienced with child evaluation systems such as ASQ/ASQ-SE or Teaching Strategies Gold
