Performs nursing functions during Electrophysiology (EP lab) procedures.
EP procedures performed in this area diagnose and treat cardiac conduction abnormalities. Various team roles include circulating, scrub assist, and monitoring/recording as assigned. Some tasks include moderate sedation management, procedural documentation, and pre & post procedure patient care. Our Electrophysiology division of the Heart & vascular Institute is growing. We are looking for energetic, motivated team players with exceptional clinical experience, a positive demeanor and willingness to learn. There may be a need or opportunity to learn skills that are used in other vascular procedures to enhance your knowledge. This position is best suited for a RN with critical care experience.
