RN PDF: RN Flexpool (Daily Option) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Flexible scheduling? We have whatever you may be looking for! We are the largest state-of-the-art acute care facility in Louisiana. We are continually looking for energetic, team-oriented and self-directed nursing staff to care for an ever-changing patient population. Your general orientation will start in our Training and Development Center and progress to a more unit-specific individualized program with a preceptor. We offer a 5:1 and 6:1 patient nurse ratio on our Medical Surgical Floors, a 3:1 patient nurse ratio on our Step-Down units and 2:1 ratio in our Critical Care Units. Our FlexPool option offers RN's, with a minimum experience level of 3 years in an acute care area, the opportunity to move around our 4 acute care facilities as well as the Rehab Institute with salary ranges that are extremely competitive with agency rates. These positions are offered as daily options. Graduates must be from an accredited school of nursing, ACLS preferred, current or eligible for Louisiana Licensure.
