Position Title: FM Onsite Coordinator

Description

Position Summary
Supports and understands FM/MPSspecific solutions by providing highquality service through exemplary onsite customer service and accurate task execution. Consistently exceeds client expectations by demonstrating a Whatever it Takes attitude while delivering the highestquality solutions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Collect, sort, and distribute mail received via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
  • Prioritize and complete work requested by staff.
  • Perform reprographics tasks such as hole punching, laminating, binding, and folding.
  • Conduct general maintenance of machines in the reprographics room.
  • Maintain and control supplies for all copiers and printers at the facility.
  • Perform wideformat printing.
  • Perform smallformat printing.
  • Complete scanning tasks.
  • Handle finishing tasks (binding, collating).
  • Assist with collecting data for space allocations.
  • Provide receptionist coverage during PTO and lunch breaks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • 13 years of experience in a print room or related environment.
  • 13 years of onsite administrative customer service experience.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills that support positive outcomes.
  • Proficient problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
