About the Role:

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch office to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff performance, streamlining fabrication and operational processes, and implementing company policies to meet organizational goals. The manager will serve as a key liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. They will also analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance productivity and profitability. Ultimately, the Branch Operations Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment while delivering outstanding service to clients and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a Fabrication/Manufacturing environment. Multi-site experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures, compliance standards, and financial management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Experience with managing human resources
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems - SAP.
  • Certification in project management or operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to promote professional growth and high performance.
  • Manage daily branch operations including workflow coordination, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation activities.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and to support company-wide initiatives.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, operational challenges, and improvement plans to senior management.
