About the Role:

The TIG Welder plays a critical role in fabricating and assembling high-quality metal components, primarily using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques. This position requires precision and expertise to weld stainless steel and other metals, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to strict industry standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of durable and reliable products by interpreting blueprints and welding specifications accurately. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount, as the role involves working with various welding processes and hand tools in a controlled environment. Ultimately, the TIG Welder ensures that all welded assemblies meet quality requirements and project deadlines, supporting the overall manufacturing and construction objectives of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a TIG welder in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Certification in welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) or equivalent recognized credential.
  • Strong knowledge of welding safety protocols and proper handling of welding equipment.
  • Ability to work with stainless steel and perform precise welds on sheet metal.
Must have experience and pass TIG Welding test

1st shift Mon-Friday, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM; some half shifts on Saturdays

$18-22 Depending on experience
