Senior Trades (Welder A, Sr. Millwright, Fabrication Specialist)
Reports To: Foreman or Superintendent Experience: 5+ years
Role Summary
Provides advanced technical execution and problem-solving while elevating crew quality.
Core Responsibilities
• Perform complex layout, spooling, and fabrication
• Resolve constructability issues
• Maintain applicable certifications
• Support execution planning
Pay Band
• Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)
• Certification pay bumps (CWI, MedGas, etc.)
Performance Expectations (Measurable)
• Quality: Rework rate ≤ 2%
• Execution: Complex scopes pass inspection ≥ 95% on first review
• Schedule: No delays attributable to workmanship
Leadership Expectations (Measurable)
• Serves as technical lead on assigned scopes
• Actively supports Journeymen skill development
• Recognized by Foreman/Superintendent as a problem solver
