About the Role:
The Outside Sales Representative for B2B in Central Arkansas plays a critical role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with commercial clients. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. The role requires a proactive approach to market research and client engagement, ensuring that customer needs are thoroughly understood and addressed. The representative will act as the face of the company, representing its values and services with professionalism and integrity. Ultimately, this role is essential for expanding the company’s market presence and fostering long-term partnerships within the business community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales roles.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately manage client information and sales documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the Central Arkansas region.

- Experience in the services industry or a related B2B sector.
- Established professional network within Central Arkansas business communities.
- Formal sales training or certification.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Comfortable using advanced sales and marketing software tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective business clients through targeted outreach and networking.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose appropriate service solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM software to maintain accurate records and forecast sales performance.
