About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Nights Emergency Department plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care during overnight shifts in a fast-paced emergency setting. This position requires providing direct nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with emergency procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort. The LPN collaborates closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and respond promptly to changing patient needs. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment within the United States.
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or acute care setting.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to the demands of a high-stress emergency department environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an emergency department or urgent care setting.
  • Advanced certifications such as IV therapy or medication administration endorsements.
  • Training in trauma nursing or emergency care protocols.

Responsibilities:
