Production Clerk at Nevada Window Supply Inc – Riverside, California

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, and computer-savvy Production Control Clerk to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly and requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, follow processes consistently, and retain detailed training information.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and track production orders to meet customer demand
• Review and adjust production schedules to ensure on-time completion
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate material needs
• Track production progress and provide clear updates to management
• Communicate daily with production teams and purchasing to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
• Collaborate with other departments and facilities to ensure smooth operations -updated
• Run daily production batch processing, including DAT file exports, label generation (IG, Tempered, and NFRC), and paperwork preparation — this is the core daily function of the role -added
• Create manufacturing labels accurately based on specifications

Attention to detail is critical. Errors can affect production schedules, inventory, and customer commitments.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in production control, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar role
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer skills, including:
  • Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking)
  • Microsoft Word
  • Ability to learn and operate specialized manufacturing software — full training provided
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent, date-driven deadlines updated
• Ability to follow procedures consistently and retain training
