- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Econ, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, data analysis)
- Ability to extract, scrub, and integrate data from multiple systems
- Experience with reporting, billing data, or performance tracking is helpful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preference:
- Internship or experience in a legal, compliance, or professional services is preferred
- Familiarity with data privacy, controls, or regulatory requirements is a plus

- Manage co-counsel and referral opportunities with attorneys, intake, and marketing
- Extract, scrub, and maintain data across case management, billing, and related systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track case performance, workload, and financials
- Support billing processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Analyze data to identify trends and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Identify inefficiencies and improve data workflows and reporting processes
