About This Position

Position Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior-analytic services for individuals with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops individualized behavior intervention plans, and provides ongoing supervision and training to staff to ensure effective, ethical, and data-driven service delivery. This position collaborates with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes while maintaining compliance with professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and data analysis to identify client needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback to behavior technicians and support staff
  • Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation through observation, coaching, and data review
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support consistency across settings
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational, funding, and regulatory requirements on state and federal regulatory standards and protocols for outpatient services.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, treatment planning meetings, and case reviews as required
  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with BCBA ethical guidelines and applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support to promote generalization of skills
  • Maintain BCBA certification, licensure (if applicable), and required continuing education
  • Provides information to the Pediatric Therapy Manager and Director of Development to secure funding for equipment, supplies, and capital projects.
  • Develops benchmark services and/or practices.
  • Stays current on research and programming trends for children with disabilities and communicates updates to staff.
  • Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
  • License in good standing in Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with emphasis in Pediatrics
