Production Supervisor at PAG ASB LLC – High Point, North Carolina

Acme Sample is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Assembly and Swatching departments at our manufacturing facility in High Point, NC. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational efficiency to meet customer delivery deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations for the Assembly and Swatching departments
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities to meet customer deadlines
• Lead and support department leads and production associates
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues on the floor
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained across both departments
• Collaborate with production planning, project management, and maintenance teams
• Verify employee labor hours and production reporting in company systems
• Oversee shipping readiness to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices
• Cross-train employees to improve production flexibility and efficiency

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Strong leadership and employee management skills
• Experience managing production schedules and meeting deadlines
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions quickly
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
