This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Manager, Resilience Programs in France.

This role sits at the core of a global enterprise resilience and risk management function, responsible for strengthening business continuity, crisis preparedness, and operational stability across a complex international organization. You will act as a key driver of resilience programs, translating strategic risk frameworks into practical, on-the-ground execution across regions. Working closely with regional security leads and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure that continuity plans are robust, compliant, and aligned with both corporate standards and customer expectations. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on implementation, requiring frequent interaction with global teams and occasional on-site support. You will also play a central role in shaping awareness programs, training initiatives, and organizational readiness. This is a highly collaborative position within a matrix environment, offering broad exposure across global operations and leadership levels.

Accountabilities:
  • Support regional security and resilience leads in the field by providing hands-on guidance and operational implementation of resilience and business continuity programs.
  • Ensure business continuity plans are developed, maintained, and aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations across global and regional business units.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks, audits, and quality assessments of business continuity and resilience frameworks to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Security and Resilience PMO on the development and optimization of tools, systems, and technologies supporting resilience programs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training, communication, and awareness initiatives as part of the global resilience awareness program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external industry peers to benchmark best practices and enhance program maturity.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to address organizational risk and resilience challenges in a complex global environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • 15+ years of experience in crisis management, business continuity, or enterprise resilience, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Deep expertise in designing and executing resilience and business continuity programs at scale in global organizations.
  • Strong ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a hands-on mindset and execution focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in learning and development practices, training design, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Strong ability to work in matrix organizations, influence without authority, and manage complex global relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages and international experience are strong advantages.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, including on short notice when required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health and wellness programs
  • Employee stock purchase opportunities
  • Access to learning, development, and continuous professional growth initiatives
  • Inclusion and diversity programs, including employee resource groups
  • Paid social impact and charitable engagement opportunities
  • Attractive insurance and benefits coverage depending on location
  • Global work environment with strong international exposure
