About This Position

In this role, youll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions. Youll play a key part in guiding individuals served toward their goalshelping them build coping skills, strengthen support systems, and enhance their overall quality of life.
What Youll Do
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine risk, acuity, and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the individual served and the care team.
- Facilitate psychoeducation groups and implement reinforcement strategies to support growth and positive change.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when needed, ensuring safety and stability.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and community supports to create continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Offer clinical consultation and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
What Were Looking For
Education:
- Masters degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related healthcare field (required).
Experience:
- At least two (2) years of experience working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness (required).
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and knowledge of community-based mental health resources (preferred).
Licensure/Certification:
- Registered intern, licensed, or license-eligible as a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (preferred) .
- CPI Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire (required).
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) preferred if applicable.
