This full-time travel position plays a critical role in delivering complex, high-quality projects on time and within budget, while leading large teams and driving operational excellence. • Oversee and manage multiple automated equipment installation projects from planning through completion.

• Lead teams on job sites, setting priorities and managing labor and material schedules.

• Drive performance to meet or exceed project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Conduct daily oversight of workforce, project progress, safety, and compliance.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer communication and on-site coordination.

• Monitor and instruct job time reporting and adherence to procedures.

• Champion safety, 5S, and workplace standardization initiatives.

• Coordinate training, safety, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement programs.

• Participate in installation planning and equipment layout reviews.

• Document and address performance and conduct issues in collaboration with HR and leadership.

• Regularly report on project status and challenges to the Director of Project Management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or field leadership, with automation installation experience preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or college coursework preferred.

• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).

• Strong team leadership and workforce management skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time-sensitive conditions.

• Knowledge of mechanical, rigging, electrical, and IT installation procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

• Familiarity with 5S, lean principles, workplace safety, and buyoff procedures.

• Valid drivers license required.

• Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
