Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid- in office 3-4 days a week) Atlanta

To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Compliance Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help create the systems that will fuel sustainable and compliant growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in developing, coordinating, and delivering compliance training across the organization

  • Assist with regulatory audits, policy development, and communication of new or revised regulations

  • Support internal audits

  • Prepare documentation for external audits

  • Identify potential compliance risks and contributes to the development of corrective action plans

  • Ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies

  • Manage MIPS collection and reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and support the execution of the auditing and monitoring workplan

  • Prepare and distribute compliance reports and contribute to the monthly newsletter

  • Manage third-party risk/vendor management processes and assist with radiation and OSHA requirements

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, RCM, and other departments on compliance initiatives

  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguard all compliance-related documents and communications

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; legal or healthcare-related field preferred

  • 4+ years of progressive healthcare compliance experience

  • Experience with internal audit and reviews

  • Certification (CHC or CHPC) preferred; willingness to obtain certification within 12 months required

  • Have an understanding of the OIG compliance program guidance

  • Experience working closely with medical providers

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation abilities

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality
