Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others?
We’re seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support and care in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Position Details:
Schedule: Sun 11:00pm-7:00am, Mon 9:00pm-7:00am, Sat 7:00am-3:00pm Total: PT 26 hrs./wk.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
- Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
- Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation.
- Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
- Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
- Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications
- Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
