DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Ensure carts being transported to the warehouse are cleaned (no inbound food, garbage etc.)

• Ensure delivery of equipment to the Warehouse (packing area) is available in a timely manner

• Support Cold Food start-up making sure equipment is available for all stations (when Food Runner is off)

• Maintain production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, and USDA

• Adhere to SAFETY, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and all other Company and Customer rules and regulations

• Other duties assigned as deemed necessary

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift

• Must have the ability to push up to 70lbs with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 30lbs

• Must be able to speak, read and write English

• Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes

• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment

• Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors

• Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities

• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekends and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding
