Primary responsibilities and duties:

• Identify and locate the needed patterns and tools.
• Understand the pattern instructions on patterns and in system (trace, cut, box, deliver).
• Complete tasks in assigned time.
• Ability to operate the cutting tools and safety requirements in the area.
• Recognize and locate material.
• Perform weekly material count process.
• Complete kits with no defects.
• Initiate department documentation (deviation sheets, checkmark in jackbolt)
• Ability to work the different types of material in the area.
• Ability to operate Easement from pattern selection to final identification.
• identify and eliminate safety and ergonomic risks.
• Escalate potential customer issues in advance to mitigate impact.
• Communicate with peers personally when required to complete an assignment.
• Continuously improve the way we do business to meet customer commitments.
• Nest cuts to maximize material use.

Physical Requirements

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include gloves, safety glasses
• Can work in a hot and humid non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work a 10+ hour shift standing, bending, reaching, throughout the duration of your shift.
• Moderate lifting ability up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, noisy environment
• Have the flexibility to work overtime both planned and unplanned to meet company goals.

Skills Required

• Must follow all safety standards and procedures, including chemical handling standards and Personal Protective Equipment
• Must adhere to all quality standards and adhere to new standards as processes evolve
• Must demonstrate record of dependability and reliability with prior work or professional experience
• Must demonstrate the ability to work well with teams professional or otherwise
• Understand and follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to use hand, battery, and pneumatic tools
• Ability to work near co-workers and work in areas with limited space
• High school diploma or GED required

ShiftDay Shift: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required based on customer needs and deadlines.Benefits:
