Operations Specialist
Position Summary
The Operations Specialist plays a key role in creating a seamless, high-performing employee experience by aligning workplace environment, tools, technology, and processes with the needs of our people and business. This role goes beyond traditional operations by proactively identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done, removing friction for employees, and ensuring our teams are equipped, supported, and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Experience Design
- Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience
- Develop and implement simple, scalable processes that increase efficiency and clarity
- Maintain a strong understanding of the “current vs. ideal” state of workplace operations
Tools, Technology & Enablement
- Partner with teams to understand needs and identify tools or solutions to improve efficiency
- Lead onboarding and training for workplace tools, systems, and resources
- Support basic troubleshooting of technology and coordinate with IT partners as needed
- Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies to keep the organization forward-thinking
Employee Support & Problem Solving
- Serve as a go-to resource for employees regarding workplace needs, tools, and resources
- Diagnose and resolve issues by identifying root causes, not just symptoms
- Build strong relationships across teams to anticipate needs and enhance support
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Bring forward new ideas that improve workplace experience, efficiency, and engagement
- Test, learn, and iterate on new approaches to how work gets done
- Foster a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning
Workplace & Facilities Experience
- Maintain and enhance physical workspaces to reflect company culture, brand, and functionality
- Ensure facilities are safe, organized, and optimized for productivity and collaboration
- Proactively identify and address space-related needs and improvements

Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI tools to increase office proficiency and productivity
- HubSpot experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Education, Sales Enablement, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
