  • Administer offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final pay coordination, collection of company property, and ensuring accurate and timely updates in HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and documentation.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate collection, review, and submission of timekeeping and payroll-related information; collaborate with payroll to resolve discrepancies.
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, employee education, and coordination with benefits vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, as well as internal policies and procedures, across all supported brands and locations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data within HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Assist managers with performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, corrective actions, and documentation best practices.
  • Participate in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a consistent employee experience across the portfolio.
  • Support HR-related training initiatives for managers and employees, such as onboarding sessions, policy training, and basic HR compliance topics.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the efficiency and quality of shared services support to the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to address employee-related issues and support organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics, preparing regular and ad hoc reports related to headcount, turnover, recruiting activity, and other HR metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
