About the Job:

FGC+ is looking for detail-oriented and analytical Finance Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and administrative support. The Finance Intern will assist the Finance team in daily accounting and finance-related tasks while learning practical applications of financial processes in a corporate setting.

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in accounting, finance, budgeting, reporting, and business operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents, reports, and records
  • Support the processing and monitoring of invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests
  • Help maintain accurate financial data and filing systems
  • Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial transactions
  • Support reconciliation and data entry tasks related to finance operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related documentation and requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for the Finance team
  • Help ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records and supporting documents
  • Support administrative tasks related to procurement, billing, and vendor coordination
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Management Accounting, or related field
  • Must be eligible for internship/OJT required by the school
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
