About the opportunity

Join Enatel in Sycamore as a Product Service Technician and put your technical skills to work diagnosing faults, completing repairs and supporting the performance and reliability of our industry-leading products. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will take ownership of returned products from initial assessment through repair, testing and Return Material Authorisation (RMA) closure, while giving our global teams clear technical insight into what happened and how we can prevent it happening again.

Working closely with teams across Enatel, you will:

• Investigate returned power conversion products, pinpoint faults and complete high-quality repairs.
• Validate each repair through functional testing before the product is released.
• Own the RMA journey from receipt and warranty review through disposition, records and shipment.
• Translate diagnostic findings into clear service reports, root-cause evidence and practical recommendations.
• Spot recurring product, supplier and process issues, then escalate opportunities for corrective action.
• Keep ERP, service and quality records accurate, current and fully traceable.
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to progress complex issues and improve turnaround times.
• Share knowledge, support rework and production investigations, and help strengthen service practices.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Practical experience diagnosing, testing and repairing electronic products.
• Confidence reading schematics, technical drawings and product documentation.
• A logical, evidence-based approach to fault finding and root-cause analysis.
• Clear communication, accurate reporting and strong attention to detail.
• An electronics, electrical engineering technology or related qualification, or equivalent industry experience. Power conversion, manufacturing and ERP or quality-system experience would be an advantage.

Benefits

The expected hourly rate for this position is between $21.72 and $29.21 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
