Description:

About Bentley Mission Critical

Bentley Mission Critical manufactures factory-built infrastructure for the world’s most demanding data centers. From our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Greeley, Colorado, we engineer, fabricate, and test complete modular data center systems — pre-integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a controlled factory environment to deliver projects 30–50% faster than traditional construction. Our customers include hyperscale, AI/GPU compute, colocation, and enterprise data center operators. We don’t build projects — we manufacture products, and we do it quality-driven, on time, every time.

We are growing fast, and our people are the reason. This role exists to make sure that as we scale, we stay a place where skilled, motivated people want to build their careers.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist maintains accurate inventory records and controls material movement throughout the manufacturing process. This includes raw materials, steel, aluminum, fabricated components, purchased parts, hardware, electrical components, work-in-process (WIP), and finished assemblies. This role works closely with Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure materials are properly received, identified, stored, issued, and tracked against the correct customer projects, production orders, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Performance Expectations

  • Inventory records accurately reflect physical quantities and locations.
  • Materials are assigned to the correct part numbers, jobs, and production orders.
  • Cycle counts are completed on schedule and discrepancies are investigated.
  • Required MTRs and material certifications are submitted to QA.
  • Material shortages and discrepancies are communicated before production is impacted.
  • Inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Core Standard: Inventory accuracy and material accountability are essential. Every component must be traceable from receiving through fabrication, assembly, and final production. When in doubt, stop and verify.
