About the Role:
As a Call Center Supervisor at Celebration Pediatrics, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center. Your main objective will be to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of customer service possible. You will be responsible for managing a team of call center representatives, monitoring call center metrics, and ensuring that all calls are handled in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Experience with outbound calling and sales
- Strong knowledge of call center metrics and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare call center environment
- Experience with call center management software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Responsibilities:
