Position Overview:

The Clinical Research Subject Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening potential participants for clinical trials. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping advance medical research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit eligible participants for clinical studies.
  • Identify and connect with potential candidates via online platforms, community outreach, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess participant eligibility according to study protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of outreach and recruitment activities.
  • Build strong relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to expand recruitment networks.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and study coordinators to ensure smooth participant onboarding.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines is a plus.
