Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and account management. This position is 100% remote and a very generous commission-based 1099 position. We provide leads of companies searching for the very services we offer.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients while identifying opportunities for growth within those relationships.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our services, fostering new business relationships.
- Collaborate internally to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Utilize our CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on sales progress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance sales strategies.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare or utilize existing proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales leadership & Account Strategy: You own and drive the sales account forward throughout the sales process. You will develop customer-specific value propositions that promote growth within new and existing accounts and capture new opportunities.
- Business Development: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads provided, warm calling, networking, and industry connections. You will have a focus on expanding our customer base.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Collaborate internally to design and execute strategic sales plans. Lead annual sales planning and quotas to meet business goals.
- Leverage Internal resources to enhance client offerings and experiences.
- Sales Negotiations: Lead discoveries, sales proposals, and terms with customers. Ensure that all agreements align with client needs and our company goals and maximize profitability.
- Results-driven: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or business development environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally within a B2B and/or previous experience in high volume outbound calling B2B/B2C and client acquisition is a must.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- A background in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- You must be good with utilizing and/or learning new technology to use.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- You must have an excellent and caring personality and want to help people.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, motivated to grow, and highly driven to succeed.
