Best Landscapes has built a team of talented, motivated leaders who install and maintain landscapes throughout the Greater San Antonio area.

We need a dependable crew leader who enjoys the value of hard work and the gratification of having created a beautiful landscape.

Well look to you to ensure efficiency and that client standards are attained each day. Youll provide hands-on leadership, and work with crews to install soil, plants, retaining walls, irrigation and other landscape related materials.

Responsibilities include operation of equipment used to grade, plant and move materials. Youll also drive and report on needed maintenance of vehicles, run materials, and train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety.

Youll have a valid drivers license with a good driving record, possess strong leaderships skills and be able to handle the physical demands of working in landscaping. Examples include but are not limited to heavy lifting (65 lbs. +), comfortable working in inclement weather conditions, and the ability to be on your feet for extensive periods of time.

The Crew Leader must have at least 1 year experience overseeing installation crews as well as the ability to read blueprints, engage in open communication with Managers and General Contractors as well as drive the crews for specific production each day. *Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Pay $20 to $24/hour depending on experience and work history.
