Job Summary |
The Finance & Analytics Manager (Non-Pharmacist) is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within Shannon Medical Center Pharmacy. This role requires a proactive, independent problem-solver who can address complex financial matters that significantly influence the Pharmacy’s fiscal performance and strategic objectives. The Manager also plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency within the department, delivering high-quality financial services in strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and professional standards. This position involves evaluating the financial and economic implications of both new and existing business initiatives, preparing recommendations and business models to optimize resource allocation and utilization. Additionally, the Manager will provide analytical support to address operational and financial challenges.
