Premium Gameday Staff play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience during the FSU football season. As part of our part-time premium hospitality team, you’ll provide first-class service in all premium areas, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued on gameday.

In this role, you’ll serve as a goodwill ambassador, interacting with donors and their guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. You’ll also collaborate with caterers, maintenance teams, custodial staff, Seminole Boosters, and Athletic Department personnel to ensure smooth operations on gamedays.

What We Offer

  • Our hourly pay is $15/hr
  • Hands-on experience in event management, customer service, and sports hospitality

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as gameday ambassadors for Premium Hospitality and Seminole Boosters
  • Deliver the N.O.L.E.S. Standard of service to guests, fans, and staff
  • Enforce event day policies and procedures to maintain a seamless guest experience
  • Operate elevators and assist with safe and efficient guest movement
  • Fulfill event responsibilities, including:
    • Welcoming guests into premium spaces
    • Affixing wristbands onto guests
    • Assisting with guest requests
    • Maintaining cleanliness
    • Monitoring food, beverage, and facility needs
  • Act as a liaison between guests and various gameday teams (catering, maintenance, hospitality, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Availability & Expectations

  • Must be available to work all home football games at Doak Campbell Stadium
    • Saturday, August 29 - New Mexico State
    • Monday, September 7 - SMU
    • Saturday, September 26 - Central Arkansas
    • Saturday, October 3 - Virginia
    • Saturday, October 31 - Clemson
    • Saturday, November 21 - NC State
    • Friday, November 27 - Florida
  • Shifts typically range from 6 to 10 hours per game
  • Staff are expected to work the full shift for each game, unless otherwise agreed upon
