We’re looking for an experienced leader to join us as Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, leading our sell-side M&A efforts and driving growth for both our clients and our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sell-side M&A advisory engagements from inception through closing.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
- Define & manage comprehensive due diligence processes to assess financial, operational, and legal risks.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with strategic mid-market buyers and sellers.
- Structure and negotiate deals aligned with client & company objectives to drive maximum value.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, industry consolidation, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive business development efforts by sourcing strategic relationships with private equity buyers and sellers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in mid-market M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex M&A transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring experience.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
